Description

This kit is used for the direct injection molding technique in restorative dentistry. It enables precise reproduction of natural tooth anatomy using a transparent silicone matrix and flowable composite, ideal for:

• Direct anterior veneers
• Smile makeovers
• Peg laterals
• Class III/IV restorations
• Post-orthodontic remodelingStep-by-Step Instructions
  1. Case Planning
  • Perform a diagnostic wax-up (digital or conventional)
  • Create transparent silicone index from mock-up using supplied material
  2. Tooth Preparation
  • Clean teeth and isolate with rubber dam
  • Optional: Minimal enamel preparation as per esthetic plan
  3. Etching & Bonding
  • Apply etching gel for 30 sec, rinse thoroughly, gently dry
  • Apply Poly Bond for 10 sec, air-dry for 5 sec, light-cure for 10 sec
  4. Injection Molding
  • Create a small access hole in matrix
  • Fill selected flowable composite into silicone index
  • Seat the matrix accurately on teeth
  • Light-cure through silicone for 40–60 sec per tooth
  5. Finishing
  • Remove the matrix, trim excess with a scalpel or bur
  • Polish using composite finishing and polishing tools

  Storage Conditions

  • Store between 15–25°C in a dry, cool environment
  • Avoid direct sunlight and high heat
