Hyper Gloss – Diamond Polishing Paste

Description

Intended Use: For final high-gloss polishing of composite, ceramic, zirconia, glass ceramics, metal, resin materials, and natural tooth structure in dental restorations.

         Contraindications

• Not to be used on soft tissues.
• Do not use in patients with known allergies to product components.

         Composition

• Diamond abrasive particles (0.5 µm / 0.25 µm)
• Water-soluble base
• Lubricants and polishing agentsPackaging
  • Diamond Polishing Paste 0.5 µm – 1 syringe X 5 gm  or
  • Diamond Polishing Paste 0.25 µm – 1 syringe X 5 gm

  Lubricants and polishing agentsDirections for Use

  1. Clean and dry the surface to be polished.
  2. Apply a small amount of polishing paste on a polishing brush, felt wheel, silicon polisher, or rubber cup.
  3. Use low to moderate rotational speed (5,000–10,000 RPM).
  4. Apply light pressure and polish until high-gloss surface is achieved.
  5. For best results:
     • 0.5 µm → Use for pre-final polishing / high shine
     • 0.25 µm → Use for ultra-fine high gloss mirror finish
  6. Rinse with water and air dry after polishing.
